About the presenter
Bob Hillhouse is Associate Chief Information Officer at the University of Tennessee. In his former role as Director of Engineering Services, he was responsible for providing video conferencing, web streaming services, classroom technical support, residence hall closed circuit surveillance system support, and game-day engineering support to the university.
