Futurelab's news October 2007

Report from interactive whiteboards (IWBs) debate
Earlier this year Futurelab and Promethean jointly hosted a debate entitled: Do whiteboards have a future in the UK classroom?
A report originally written as background reading for this debate is now available. This report reviews the research literature, examines some of the key issues, and puts forward some ideas for potential future developments in terms of teaching, training, use and design of IWBs.
